But...It seems like you have the eating right down. But you need to MOVE. Exercising sucks, but we need to do it for our bones, muscles and our hearts. A casual stroll around the block is better than nothing, but a quick pace, just barely able to speak while walking/jogging quickly, is the goal. Get your heart rate up. Strength training is uber important too. Lifting weights can burn more calories than cardio alone. get a couple of ten pounds weights and lift away. YOU CAN DO IT!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
